• Turkish Bath (hammam) - This ceremony takes place in a relaxing and authentic ambiance created by Turkish elements and involves several processes: scrub with an abrasive glove, relaxing foam massage, rinsing and revitalizing the entire body. In short, a transformative treatment inspired by ancient rituals... A maximum of 10 minutes of wet sauna before the ritual and intense hydration are recommended
• Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage - a 50-minute session in which the power of essential oils is combined with that of massage. These oils act holistically, and when mixed, they enhance each other and increase and extend the benefits on the body.
• Yoga (or fitness; only at 09:30) - Yoga brings together the state of mind with the physical state through a balanced combination of strength movements, stretching and breathing. Thus, meditation classes become the perfect setting for finding balance.
