Scenario: High in the mountain forests, on hidden paths, one reaches the place where the outlaws' treasure is buried. After hundreds of years, an old map was discovered indicating the hiding place. Treasure hunter teams from all over the world set out for those places.

Objectives:

• developing communication and collaboration within the team
• problem solving
• taking personal risks for the benefit of the team
• identifying the common goal

Organization:

• The group will be divided into teams of 8-10 people.
• There will be one trainer for every 20 people (if the group consists of 15 people there will be one trainer; if the group consists of 60 people there will be 3 trainers)

About the program

• the proposed activities are chosen depending on the period of development and the characteristics of the group
• the group will be divided into at least teams
• teams will choose their identity and captain
• Within the program, there will be activities practiced in rotation, with the last one practiced simultaneously by the entire group.

Preparation. In such a team, you should understand each other and be blindfolded.

Shooting range. Up in the mountains, you will get your food by hunting animals. It is time to prepare yourself to be in shape throughout the expedition. Compressed air guns (faithful replicas of famous hunting rifle models) and plastic balls (soft air) will be used; participants will be photographed in hunting attire.

Escape. Captured by the inhabitants of these lands, you have been thrown into a dungeon lost in a dark forest. You had better escape as soon as possible! This is an exercise for developing trust within the team.

Treasure hunt. High in the mountain forests, on hidden paths, you reach the place where the treasure of the outlaws is buried.

Debriefing. At the end of the program, the team of trainers will help the participants draw some conclusions after the activities practiced during the program. There will be a celebration where the teams and participants who had the best results will be awarded.

And because even the little ones deserve a group treasure hunt in nature, there is also this option. The activity is carried out for a minimum of 8 children.
